Burns from my Apple Watch

I bought a brand new series 3 Apple Watch a few years ago. I’ve worn watches most of my life with no problem. Every time I wear this watch, I get a burn on my wrist. If I don’t wear it, it will go away. I can wear any other type of watch and I’m fine but I get burned every time I wear my Apple Watch. I can’t feel it as it’s burning but within hours it’s red and blistered and itches. I’ve seen others on here with the same issues. I keep the band loose in hopes that it would make a difference but it hasn’t. Has anyone found anything that helps?
