Apple Watch 10 burning my wrist

Hi everyone,

I have been wearing Apple Watches for the last 7 years, without a single issue. A month ago I bought a 10 series and I have now developed a small burn on my wrist.

Anyone else had this issue?

I got mine for Christmas and I woke up one night to my wrist burning. I removed the watch and my wrist was hot to the touch. I have also been having rashes also coming out on my wrist.
