I'm trying to create a new apple ID and it says I have to use a 7-digit phone number.

The article doesnt help, when i press next it says "The phone number must be a 7-digit number." mine is 10 digits
I haven't made the account, I downloaded Itunes on my windows 10 computer to make a new apple ID
