iPhone MagSafe silicone case peeling off.

My daughter’s case has the peeling off issue. She takes care of her phone and has never dropped it, scraped it, etc. The case is supposed to have a 1yr warranty. So is the peeling off under this warranty?

She specifically wanted to buy this Apple product which I think is too expensive but I agreed because I had hig expectations that the craftsmanship will be worth the price. So now I am very disappointed and will be even more disappointed with the company if they can not do something with this issue.
