How can I convert a PDF in Preview to PPT?

How can I convert a Preview PDF into PPT? Do I need another software program? When I open the Preview PDF file, there is no option to convert to PPT (as there is in Adobe Reader). One online program suggested I need to buy another program called "PDFelement". I welcome your advice. Thanks. Mike

The PDF has several pages like 4, 5 or more pages ?

Long way around, is to export each Page as PNG image files.

Open Keynote ( Native Apple Application ) and Import the PNGs in the order you wise.

Assign any features that Keynote offers like Sound, Auto Advance and other Effects offered in Keynote

Save the file.

In Keynote choose the Export into Power Point Presentation Format
