My iphone is updated to IOS 15 and is not giving me the option to upgrade to IOS 16. The Apple Watch will not pair as it says I need IOS 16.
How can I upgrde to IOS 16 if it is not on my phone as an option?

The Series 8 requires an iPhone 8 or above with iOS 16. or above installed. You cannot use an iPhone 7. There is no way around that. You will have to upgrade. Hope that answers your question.
