COMMAND C SHORTCUT FOR COPY NOT WORKING

PLEASE HELP ME FIX MY SHORTCUT "COPY" COMMAND C, SUDDENLY NOT WORKING. OTHER SHORTCUTS LIKE COMMAND V IS WORKING. I'VE ALREADY TRIED RESTARTING, UPDATING, AND GOING TO SETTING TO RESTORE DEFAULTS MY KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS STILL NOT WORKING.. :(

Copy and paste function is not working after updating to Mac-OSX Ventura. I have updated the OSX to Ventura 13.6 on Macbook Pro -M1/2021. But after update, the copy and paste functions (cmd+c and cmd+v) are not working. What is the possible issue and solution?

Does this occur when starting up in Safe Mode?
