Wallet on new Iphone 14 will not allow my un-expired tickets (ticketmaster) to stay in wallet. They disappear the next day. They are not used tickets they are dated for events a week out or more. This just happened after I upgraded from 12 to 14 pro. The wallet does hold my Club cards and Apple Pay cards. Any suggestions ?

Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."
If that doesn't resolve the issue, does your iPhone need updating to iOS 16.2? Do you have a recent backup for the data in your iPhone in iCloud or your computer? If not, we recommend that you create one as described here: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Then update your iOS as outlined here: Update your iPhone or iPad

Thank you for your suggestions. I have done each of the items you suggested and then tried adding some game tickets to the wallet we needed one day in advance of the event. The tickets disappeared the next morning from my wallet. Please try and give me something else to try and fix this. Never had a problem on iphone12 but cannot get it on iphone 14. On a side note we tried my wife's new iphone 14 pro adding tickets to her wallet and they stayed in the account.
