iPhone 14 Pro stuck on "Restore in Progress" mode

I recently upgraded to iPhone 14 Pro from iPhone 11 Pro. It seemed to work fine, but I think the wi-fi connection dropped out at some point because I now have the following message on my settings page: "Restore in Progress. An estimated 100mb will be downloaded to finish restoring your apps and data."

Most of my apps seem to work but not all my WhatsApp or iMessage messages have transferred. I'm not that bothered to get them but how do I get rid of the error message?
