“Driving” not an option under Focus

HELP PLEASE!!!!! I have an iPhone 11 & want to set up a text auto reply. All online directions say to do it as a “Driving” message. I don’t have that option. I have, in order: Do Not Disturb; Work; Personal; Sleep Set up. I’m so frustrated!!!

Auto reply to text I see articles telling me how to enable auto reply in do not disturb outside of driving and I don’t have the same screens they do. I have iOS 16 on an iPhone 13 Pro Max and I just want auto reply texts in do not disturb mode so I can still use my phone help please!

SMS Auto-reply issue for all focus modes on iPhone you have auto-reply for driving but not other focus modes???? Now why ? , do you not care to protect your customers against phishing or unwanted messages? [Edited by Moderator]

CarPlay notification related issues Phone updated last night and now having issues with CarPlay. At first it would not allow me to use my car stereo while the phone was plugged in. Restarted everything and got that working. Then I wasn’t getting any notifications for text messages. Changed some settings with Siri that I hadn’t previously needed to have on and now it will read out my messages but there is no way to reply anymore without clicking through several screens. This seems to defeat the purpose of hands free. I can’t even ask Siri to reply because she responds to every request with “I can’t do that while you’re in the car.” I do not have any driving focus feature turned on. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Open your Control Center and tap Focus.

If you don't see "Driving" option there, tap the "+" button at the bottom of the screen, then tap "Driving"
