One side louder than the other Beats Headphones Studio 3

I have brand new Beats Studio 3 headphones and I am having a problem with the audio. I noticed that the right side sounds a little bit louder than the one on the left. Is this normal for the Beats Studio 3? I do know that the bass sounds louder on the Beats Studio 3 than the Beats Solo 3 but when I had those older headphones, the audio was perfectly equal on both sides. Is what I am experiencing normal with my Beats Studio 3 normal? There should not be anything wrong with them as they are brand new.

We understand that the sound from your Beats Studio 3 isn't the same volume from each side.

Does this happen when any device you pair with your Beats?

You may consider resetting your Beats as outlined here if you experience the same behavior no matter which device they're paired with: Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones

Hold down the power button and volume down button for 10 seconds.

2. When the Fuel Gauge flashes, release the buttons.

Your headphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.
