How to turn off ghost alarms on iPhone 8

I’ve searched for this topic and it looks like this has been an issue since 2020 with no sufficient response.

Our iPhone8 was passed on to a child but still has multiple M-F alarms sounding. The alarms were all deleted, bedtime has never been set up, and the reminder notification was turned off. All app notifications and background activity were turned off. Siri was never activated on this phone, and it was never paired with any other device.

I don’t see any information about how to fix this. We even reset the phone, but these alarms still go off… definitely not fun on a holiday ti have a 6am alarm sound when everyone was up past midnight!

How do we get rid of alarms that don’t exist?!!!
