I bought a New Apple Watch , series 8. I open the box and only find a charging cable, no charger to plug my watch in! I spent a lot of money on this watch not to have a charger.
The instructions say I will have to purchase the charger. Do not assume that I already have a charger, put one in with my new watch. Your products are all ready well overpriced at least provide the consumer with a charger for their devices!

It is true that Apple Watch doesn't come with a power adapter. If you want, you can purchase an adapter here. Any Apple USB-C adapter will work- this is just one option.

If you think Apple’s products are overpriced, don’t buy them. And, next time, check what’s listed as being in the box before you buy.

it's not news really my apple watch 4 did not come with one
what is in the box is listed on the product page when you purchase it
I just used some old 5watt ac charger I had from an old ipod touch
No charger with my new Apple Watch
