Hi-While a local Apple certified repair center was replacing my Iphone 7plus battery, my phone crashed and died. I'd like to recover my Notes-is there a way to do this if they are not backed up on ICloud or Itunes? I'm trying to find out if I can recover Notes directly from my Iphone by connecting it to my PC. Thanks!

Recovering Lost Notes:
If you have lost the notes, then here is what to try...
A. Start Here: If you're Missing Notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
B. Restore from a Backup:
Did your ever back up your iPhone with these installed? If so, back up you could back up your iPhone, and then restore it from the backup.
C. iCloud in Settings: Look in iCloud settings in each device, and make sure that Notes is clicked. If it is, then unclick it, and then click it again.

If you cannot access your phone, you cannot get any of the data.
I can access my phone to retrieve pictures. I don't see a separate folder for Notes, etc.
Try iCloud.com and click on notes. If you had synced with iCloud anything available to you is there. Otherwise, try restoring your device from. a backup.
