Take my phone off the stolen list

Apple has no stolen device list. They do not even take reports of stolen devices. They play no role at all in people’s lost or stolen personal property. If your device was blacklisted on a carrier based stolen device list, then you need to deal with the carrier about that.

Apple has nothing to do with blacklisted devices (I.e. carrier blocked devices) that cannot connect to cellular service providers networks.
