How do I get my beat solo 3 to show in my find my app?!?

I can’t see to get my bear solo 3 to show up in the find my app. Help?!?

Err I have the beats solo 3 purchased via Apple. I’m not sure what you mean lol. They aren’t showing up in my find my app. Even though they connect via Bluetooth

Hello Deenalasha,

The behavior you're seeing is expected. You'll need a supported Beats product to locate them in the Find My app. Supported Beats models are listed in If your Powerbeats Pro, Beats Studio Buds, or Beats Fit Pro are lost.

"If you lose your Powerbeats Pro, Beats Studio Buds, or Beats Fit Pro earbuds or charging case, you can use Find My to find them."
