Apple Music Family Sharing

I upgraded to the the family plan for Apple Music when I was in my own family. Then I switched to my parents’ family. Their stuff like iCloud + and Apple TV was shared with me and I can use it on my phone. Yet, when they try to use Apple Music on their phone, it shows them that still aren’t on a subscription, even though when you go onto the iCloud family sharing it shows that they’re on the plan. What can I do so they have access to Apple Music?

Hello alexdellavalle,

Let's take a look at the steps from Add a family member to your subscriptions from Apple - Apple Support on how to add family members to your subscription:

How to add a family member to your subscription from Apple
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name, then tap Family Sharing.
3. Tap Set Up Your Family, then follow the onscreen instructions and invite your family members. Already set up Family Sharing?
4. Eligible subscriptions are automatically shared with your family members.

If you continue to have an issue after using these steps, we would suggest reaching out to Apple Support. They will be in the best position to assist further.
