Can't find where podcast mp3 files are being stored in Ventura 13.0.1. Apple has made it VERY difficult to move an mp3 file to a separate device (Shokz Open Swim bone conducting headphones in this case). I've tried looking within /Users/myusername/ as others have suggested, but /Library folder is not found.

Found it in another thread. Apple surely is making it hard.
