Export Podcast from MacBook Air running Ventura 13.0.1 to mp3 player.

Can't find where podcast mp3 files are being stored in Ventura 13.0.1. Apple has made it VERY difficult to move an mp3 file to a separate device (Shokz Open Swim bone conducting headphones in this case). I've tried looking within /Users/myusername/ as others have suggested, but /Library folder is not found.

Mac OS Ventura 13.1 - location of downloaded podcast Need to know where Ventura is storing podcast mp3 files. Have headphones I swim with that require me to copy .mp3 to headphone and since iTunes has gone away Apple has made it more difficult to accomplish this by hiding the location of where mp3 files, specifically podcasts, are stored.

Where are podcast mp3s these days? Hello, I’m returning to a question I asked in April, which Apple has closed so I cannot continue there, and so I’m asking the question again: With iTunes, podcast mp3s used to be easy to find. But now I've updated to "Music" and "Podcasts", I have no idea where they are and can't find them. Muguy replied: “Podcasts are in podcasts”. Well, no, not exactly. They can be played from the Podcasts app on my MacBook, but where are the mp3s actually located? In other words, if I want to save an mp3 that I downloaded via the Podcasts app and play it through a different app, where do I go to find it? It used to be simple: iTunes > iTunes Music > Podcasts (folder containing mp3s). But now that folder is empty (since changing to a new computer and new operating system with Music + Podcast apps). Any ideas? Thanks.

Found it in another thread. Apple surely is making it hard.

Attached are the instructions and I've confirmed they work. NOTE: The file names will not include the podcast titles.
