Cannot use AppStore

Hello, I have been having some problems with the App Store. My problem is that I can enter the App Store however I cannot download any apps and the apps that I already is not seen as downloaded. I have tried to reopen, sign out and re-enter app store, check payment information, set date and time settings etc but it won’t fix my problem.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 16

Prevent in-app purchases from the App Store

You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

-> If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.
