Video-Ads in Mobile Game Are Unavailable

Unable to view video ads in-game for all mobile games on my iPadOS 12.7.2.

Whenever I click on a video link in-game, nothing loads and I am told the videos aren't available. Other players (non-iPadOS) on their Android phones are able to view ads so I know the problem isn't the games themselves. It's something about the iPadOS or the way it interacts with video-ad links in mobile games.

Example: Hero Wars - Idle RPG. None of the video-ads in-game work. Therefore, I am missing out on many of the gifts that are given daily, putting me at significant disadvantage.

How do I resolve this issue?

Is this happening with the latest version of the app? App updates contain bug fixes that can help your device to function as expected.

Open the App Store.
Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All.
