Error 403 - You don't have enough permissions to proceed further and other issues

I keep getting this message when I try to access British airways online or the app just doesn’t open. I have tried a couple of solutions but nothing has worked so far.

I don’t know if it’s connected but happened around the same time. I can’t download programs to iPlayer. The messages says something about me being out of the country. Other entertainment apps have also stopped letting me download, All4 & appleTV. again nothing has worked. I have written to security app provider in case it has something to do with vpn but they haven’t come back to me after a week.

any ideas what I can do for either problem?

Hello kathi282,

Based on what you've described, this can be a side effect of using a VPN. You can test to isolate by temporarily disabling VPN or connecting to another network.

"To remove VPN settings installed by a configuration profile, go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, select the configuration profile, then tap Remove Profile. This also removes other settings and accounts provided by the profile. See Install or remove configuration profiles on iPad."

Return iPad settings to their defaults

Regards.
