After updating to Ventura 13.1 a coupe of days ago, my desktop wallpaper is blank. Every time I try to change the wallpaper only the background color will show, in the case of attached picture should be the Ventura default wallpaper. Does anyone got the same bug? and anyone did a successful solution? thanks

If no resolve try SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support to sort anomalies.
What are these two icons on your menu bar? Especially the left one that looks like a shield with a chain link.
I did that procedure already same thing on safe mode. Mac working fine except for the desktop background I don't want to reinstall the OS I will just wait maybe 3.2 will address the issue. Thanks
