Arcade continues to charge me.

I canceled Arcade and yet it’s still been charging me religiously

I refuse to enter card info to pay for something I canceled and that I don’t even use.

what can I do? Cause now I can’t even download free apps which I understand why

I just don’t understand why I keep being charged when I already canceled it. I don’t understand why I can’t dispute it unless it’s with my bank

why doesn’t Apple allow free apps to be downloaded cause of payments for others?
