I bought beats fit pro from Best Buy but I bought a refurbished one. I try them one and I went to double tap and triple tap, it wouldn’t skip to a previous song or another song. Same for picking up and call or dropping a call.

If you’re following the directions linked above, you will want to return these refurbished audio devices to the vendor for repair, refund, or replacement. If you’re following the directions and it’s not working, then the refurbishment was seemingly less than successful.
