what if the Mac doesn't charge on the supplied MagSafe adapter or another one?

My new Mac Air charged once but now doesn't accept a charge via the MagSafe. I have tested it with another charger but still does not work so I am assuming it is a problem with the Mac itself. Suggestions?

MacBook Air, macOS 13.0

Setup a Genius Bar appointment so Apple can assess and diagnose the issue. If it's a manufacturing defect, then it can be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Also, make sure it's not Optimizing the charge level. If the option is turned on and the Mac is constantly connected to power, it may not charge beyond 80% to preserve battery life.
