Moble Safari navigator.share is undefined

I developed a small client-side web app in iOS 15 that brought up a share sheet using navigator.share(). I just tried using it on the IOS 16.3 beta and navigator.share is undefined. I don't know exactly when it disappeared, but it does not seem to be there now. Is there a replacement share API?
