We bought White Lotus (on m’y partner’s account) last night. It does not seem to allow any language other than French! Have tried to follow the various instructions to change language but still only offers French. No alternatives, no subtitles. Cannot even re-purchase because we have already bought the series!!

Is the account for Canada or France? HBO shows for sale on the iTunes Store Canada seem to always be supplied in a French version and English version. They’re different items in the Store. So be careful which one you select to buy.

For the French dubbed version, you may notice the the description is in French, and the word for season is translated in the title, and the abbreviation “VF” for Version Française added to the title on the Store.
The original audio version may sometimes have VO or VOST (Version Originale Sous-Titrée) in the title (in France).
➔ To correct this, you may want to request assistance from the iTunes Store staff. They may be able to help you undo the last purchase and get the wanted version.
