Can I restore my lost recent call history?

1) Using "RECENTS" is an easy way to return a call. I don't need the list except to dial. I lost a few numbers that are hard to find. 2) Your phone info on your Apple phone should not just disappear. I wanted to find out how and why this could happen. 3) Thanks for trying to help.
I did not restore a backup. I ran backup of my phone. Then I updated my phone. Today I realized my "Recent" call list was blank.
No, but you can view it on your network provider’s website in their customer portal.
Do you have any idea why they disappeared? I have had iPhones for many years and this never happens.
Recents is not saved in a backup, so if you restored a backup the list would not be included.
