Searching System Settings in Ventura not returning any results??

From the first time I installed it, the search bubble in Ventura's System Settings has not worked. I can type all kinds of obvious keywords in and the results panel remains empty.

After decades mastering System Preferences, this is a real pain because I have to search for the settings I want by hand. Is there a cache file or something I can purge to clear this up?
