Weather app very poor data accuracy.

I don’t know which NWS you get data for this app but it’s always so wrong the app is unusable. When I say “wrong” I don’t mean a little bit. It’s wildly wrong! Like for a different part of the world wrong.

iPhone 5s, iOS 12

You mentioned that the Weather app is showing incorrectly for your region, but what exactly is it showing, and what's the weather like currently in your region? The more details you provide, the better we'll understand the issue.
When did this first start to occur?
Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone
We see you're using an older iPhone 5s with iOS 12, but the latest version for that model is iOS 12.5.6. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
