TUNES NOT AUTHORISED

I have changed my email address twice since I started using iTunes about 20 years ago. The accounts I used no longer exist and I have no idea what the passwords were. iTunes refuses to let me play tunes which I added to iTunes and/or purchased using the old IDs. That means I am blocked from accessing about 8000 tunes. How do I resolve this?

Try How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support. Should you regain control of your old accounts see also Authorization vs. association - Apple Community which covers a complication that can arise when trying to redownload content from multiple accounts, to wit you can only switch accounts every 90 days. Download everything from one ID before switching!
