Files are not uploading to or from iCloud since Ventura update.

Since I have updated to Ventura on my Mac it seems my files are not uploading to or downloading from iCloud. This means that my files are not syncing between my Mac, iPad, and iPhone. They have all been updated, all connected to the internet, and I signed in on the same iCloud account on each device.

Is there any solution please? It would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Gary,

Thanks for contacting Apple Support Communities!

We understand that your files aren't updating via iCloud, correct?

Are you referring to the files within iCloud Drive or items such as Photos, Reminders, Contacts, or Calendars for example?

If you're referring to Contacts and Calendars not syncing, for example, check out the troubleshooting steps outlined here: If your iCloud Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders won’t sync

"Things to check first

  1. Check the system status of iCloud Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders for services outages or connection issues.
  2. If a reminder isn't showing up on some of your devices, make sure that your iPhone and iPad have the latest version of iOS or iPadOS, or that your Mac has the latest version of macOS.
  3. Make sure that you're signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on all of your devices. Then, check that you turned on Contacts, Calendars, and Reminders in your iCloud settings.
  4. Check that the date and time settings on your device are correct for your current location. "

We look forward to your reply.

Cheers!
