Hey im_younus,

Thanks for giving that a try. Let's also try deleting one or some of your saved Lock Screens as this may address the issue you're facing. You can see more about this here: Personalize your iPhone Lock Screen

Delete a Lock Screen
You can delete Lock Screens you no longer need.
1. Touch and hold the Lock Screen until the Customize button appears at the bottom of the screen.
2. Swipe to go to the Lock Screen you want to delete, swipe up on the screen, then tap the Trash button.

Once you've done this, try changing your wallpaper again.

Kind regards.

Hello im_younus,

You've done great steps with isolating the issue with that portion of the display. Since you've isolated it to only customizing wallpapers, let's begin with restarting the iPhone. While simple, restarting is a great step that can resolve many issues. For reference, the steps for restarting your iPhone are listed below and can be found in the following article.

  1. "Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
  3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."

Restart your iPhone
