How to stop call notifications on Apple Watch?

I've been trying to turn off my Apple Watch's call notifications, but no matter what I do, the watch face still shows that I have an incoming call and the name of the caller. I need to disable this while I'm working, but all I've been able to do is turn off the sounds and haptics, the notification still pops up.

I've gone into the Watch app on my iPhone and turned off notifications for the Phone, I've also turned off "Show Summary When Locked" in the general Watch notifications settings.

Is there another setting that gets around this somehow? I've been testing this by having my wife call me, but even if I remove her from my favourites the calls still come through.
