Transferring files Ventura 13.1

When transferring files from ssd exfat and microsd exfat to the desctop in macos ventura 13.1, the system gives an error: The operation can't be completed because one or more required items can't be found. (Error code -43)

I have a second macbook pro 16 m1 on which Macos Monterey 12.6.2 is installed, I have no problems transferring the same files to it.

Can anyone help me?

Hello Ars9,

Let's start off by checking the helpful steps in this article which can help with this issue: If you can’t move or copy an item on Mac. Follow this guidance:

    1. "On your Mac, select the item, then choose File > Get Info, or press Command-I.
    2. Click the arrow  next to Sharing & Permissions to expand the section.
    3. Click the pop-up menu next to your user name to see the permissions settings.
    4. If you’re not logged in as an administrator, you may need to click the lock  to unlock it, then enter an administrator name and password (or use Touch ID or your Apple Watch).
    5. Change the permissions to either Read & Write or “Read only.”
    6. If you need to, also change the permissions for the location where you want to put the item."

Let us know if we can help with anything else at all or if this doesn't settle your issue so we can look into this further with you. Thanks and have a fabulous day!
