Ventura - Unable to transfer files from an external HDD to the laptop SSD

Hello, I’ve been using my HDD as backup for many years now without any problems, yesterday after updating when I try to copy some of the files to my laptops SSD, I suddenly get the error message saying: You can’t copy the item "because its name is too long or includes some characters that are invalid in the destination volume".

I didn’t changed anything on the external HDD recently and everything was working perfectly, just before the update.

Anyone else having this weird problem?
