Sleep mode on Apple Watch not working

When I turn on sleep mode on my phone, it no longer turns it on for my watch. I’ve tried switching on and off the “mirror my iPhone” button in focus and deleting the sleep focus mode and making a new one, but nothing has worked. It’s randomly stopped working today.

I can't find Sleep in my settings on my watch. I can see that I have mirror my phone enabled. I've tried everything from past questions about this problem. It has had several software updates since this started with no change.It also gets turned off 5 days out of the week in the morning and turned back on in the evening. I don't know if I did something or not to cause the sleep screen to stop working

Sleep function not working on watch or iPhone I have an Apple Watch Series 7 and the sleep function is no longer working when paired with my iPhone. The last recorded sleep data was two days ago.
