Is this malware?

I found someone in my room (ex-wife) a month ago and have been experiencing strange occurrences since (photos dissapeering, mouse being used remotely while I'm not at the computer and I show up and see it doing stuff then stop... like they are watching me and looking around while I' gone.) Anyway changed password and that stopped but I noticed a high amount of outbound traffic and finally pinned it down to a file in /usr/share

Anyone know what's going on? there seems to be lots of malicious looking scripts in there (the share folder subfolders)

In general you were provided with very good advice. Malwarebytes was written by a very trusted member of these communities. It is not like an antivirus tool and is designed to run in conjunction with Apple's own security software which is built into Mac OS. It picks up items such as adware which Mac OS security does not pick up. In short it is completely safe to use on your system. There are NO other AV, Security, Cleaning, VPN's apps I can say the same about.
