Wifi Bluetooth not working

Hi Guys,


I am using apple iPhone XR I am facing issue with my iPhone’s wifi and Bluetooth it is not connecting with the networks at all I tried calling customer helpline as well I followed each and everything told by them but still I am facing issue with the same. While connecting with wifi it is saying ‘unable to connect network’


for information I tried


Resetting network settings

Turn off and on Wifi router (even if the issue with the wifi why it is not connecting with Bluetooth)

Tried resetting all the setting.

updated with the most recent patch version.

Tried all troubleshootings which I found on google



can anybody please help me with this. I am suffering a lot and frustrated now.

We do not know which iOS version is installed on your iPhone XR.

Eg: You may need to update to the latest version iOS 16.2

If it wasn't their customer helpline that you already tried:

See if your wi-fi provider can offer a solution.

Else:

If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
