Mac Studio (M1 MAX) Ventura (13.1) stuck at settings - Apple ID page

After Opening Apple ID page from system settings, it will just stuck there, tried following:

restarted several times ( including plug out the socket and replug after some time)
tried with vpn
rebooted all routers and modems (also to exclude any network problem)

Nothing helped.

Update: I have opened Console, and checked for Errors and Faults while I open the settings page again. it is full of errors as:

Update on bug:

I stopped receiving emails from addresses which I created with 'hide my email' .

使用外网, icloud里关闭专业代理, 大陆网关闭不了

我现在感觉也是Private Relay 的原因，但是没办法关闭。使用VPN也不行。就是打不开设置项，有没有办法通过terminal 关闭专业代理？
