Transfer homemade DVD to iPad

My mother received a homemade DVD that was created for her. It is a sideshow with music. I don't know what software was used to make it. The files on the DVD are below, as copied to iCloud Drive. Can anyone tell me how to transfer the slide show to her iPad? Thank you.
