iPhone 14 Pro Leather Case with MagSafe

I put this on my new iPhone about two weeks ago and the volume buttons have already fallen off.

I have used these leather cases for years and never had a problem.

I'm guessing it's a manufacturing defect. I'm hoping for a replacement, but I am past the return date as I had to wait so long for the delivery of the phone.

During normal usage of a case after 4 months my premium apple MagSafe leather case has snapped upon removing it from the phone. Snapped at the volume and standby button so is now unusable. Apple Store and support says despite having a 12 month warranty this does not cover accidental damage? how is this accident damage. Poor quality iPhone leather case (splitting / cracking) anyone else experiencing the same thing as me regards to iPhone 14 leather cases? The cas has only been removed from the phone maybe three times but today I noticed it split at the buttons and the top right side does not look much better (tried to get best pic I could), not what I expect from an $80 case.

IPad Air 10th generation Smart Folio Issue I have a brand new iPad Air 10th generation and the iPad Air 10th generation Apple Smart Folio case, both ordered from the website. Unfortunately the Smart Folio case did not work with the iPad. The device slid around on the case, often skewing to one side. The magnetic face cover did not put the iPad Air 10 to sleep. It’s as if the magnets in the case were not strong enough to hold the iPad or turn it off. I spoke with Customer Service but all they offered was a return option. I returned the case but I am disappointed that this is the only case that Apple offers for their newest iPad Air. I am left without any protection for the device. Has anyone had the same experience?

ok, well that was a waste of 35 minutes. Spoke with 5 different people then got dropped on the 6th transfer.
