Apple Music Replay

Hello,

When I try to see my yearly overview in Apple Music Replay, it is no longer working. Where it would show the artists and songs that I listened to the most over the last year, now it's just stuck on a page displaying the word "Replay" and it's not moving from there. The behaviour is the same between my iPhone and my laptop, also changing browsers (Safari/Chrome) doesn't seem to help. I also tried logging out and back in, as well as using an incognito browser, but nothing is helping. What can I do to get the functionality back?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.1

You’ve done some great troubleshooting so far. Please try clearing your browsing history in Safari next. If the issue persists, you can contact Apple Support for more help.

I cleared my browsing history and the issue still persists. Since I don't feel like spending a lot of time on the phone for this, I guess I will just give up on the feature and hope for better luck next year.

If clearing Safari history didn’t resolve the issue, you’ll need to contact Apple Support to look into this issue further with you. You may be able to reach them using this link: Get Support They have the tools needed to correct this.
