The instructions for finding the “Ratings and Reviews”

The instructions for locating the ratings and reviews area are wrong.

I wish to review a podcast. I use apple podcast app. I have an iphone.

When I follow the instructions I get to the step of looking in my account for Ratings and Reviews. THERE IS NO SUCH THING!

pls advise.
