Freeform doesn't sync shared boards completely

Friends and I have been testing shared Boards. For me some of the hand drawn objects made by others do not fully sync to my copy. I have several devices with Freeform - two iPads, iPhone, and Mac. Between the devices each might show a different rendering of the same board with some hand drawn objects missing some of the "strokes."

I can't find a way to force Freeform to reload the board. Tried force quitting the app, rebooting device, etc. After rebooting I did see Freeform say "Syncing with iCloud" upon opening the app, but the problem remains.

We tried cloning a board and sharing it, but then the new version is missing different elements! I tried to send feedback to Apple but the Feedback page doesn't list Freeform at the time I'm writing this.

Same issues between my own devices and the devices of my spouse and children. My issue appears to be limited to me on handwritten notes - my iPad to iPhone is missing strokes. While another iPad never updates the handwriting if handwriting is erased and redone. Objects, videos, photos sync, but not any handwritten/penciled notes.

Same as you did. Restarted devices, turned off/on iCloud sync has no effect. This is a serious bug for our use.
