Recently I synced Freeform on iPad with original files from iPhone. Boards appeared on iPad but one doesn’t show Images, only text.
I tried turning on-off both devices and it didn’t help.
I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it on both devices and now I lost images on my original board also (iPhone).
On both devices Freeform is set to sync on iCloud.
Please help. I lost days of work :(

Thank you for your anwser but unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be the problem. I checked WhatsApp and it works perfectly as all the other apps.
I lost just images on one board on all devices and my only idea is that there were too many of them and they didn’t sync well on iCloud so I lost them because of uninstalling and reinstalling the app in the meantime.

Has anyone found a way to resolve this? I have the exact same issue and afraid to toggle off the app in iCloud as coming up with a pop up it will erase data.
Same Problem here. I sync one board over iphone, ipad, mac.
on each of the devices 95% of the pictures are sync and showing up. But some pictures are missing on some devices. Funny, the sometimes on image shows up on two devices but not on all of the.

It's likely that your device isn't currently connected to a stable internet connection. To confirm the connectivity status, you can test it by launching an application that relies on internet access. FreeForm does not feature built-in cross-device synchronization; instead, each device independently syncs its data exclusively through iCloud.
To keep your Freeform boards up to date on all your Apple devices where you're online and signed in with the same Apple ID, you can use iCloud. Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud. Below Apps using iCloud, tap Show All, then turn on Freeform (green is on).
