I just updated an iPhone 13 and iPhone 12 to iOS 16.2. I saw that one of the new updates was "Live Activities". Is Live Activities a feature update only available on the newest iPhones or can I get them on older models too?

Live Activities is a feature on iOS 16, only certain apps have the feature. To see what devices are compatible look here:
iOS 16 and iPadOS 16 are compatible with these devices
