Why can't I get the music I bought from the apple that's in my ITunes to create a CD for my car?

Intro to burning CDs and DVDs in iTunes on PC - Apple Support (PH).
Note the tracks need to downloaded to your iTunes library and you can’t burn music obtained from Apple Music subscription.
