I want to open a card game and not have Game Center pop up and ask me to log in, and keep it this way forever. I also want to delete my Game Center account i had to make in order to log out of it.

You're welcome. We're happy to hear it. As for deleting a GameCenter account, you can only delete the game data, not the account itself. The account is associated with your Apple ID at creation and can be edited once enabled, but there's not an option to delete the account entirely, though you can turn off Game Center by signing out with your Apple ID.
