Can I Use an screen iPad as a keyboard for another iPad Pro ?

I’m using different languages of keyboards. The only option to do so, is withe the integrated keyboards available in the system. In addition if I want to use external keyboard, the only way to change language is by changing the external keyboard.

However, the screen keyboard is using 1/2 of the screen. So, I’m looking for an option to use a screen of one iPad (withe the possibilities of changing languages within the iPad system) to use it as an external keyboard for the second iPad.
